By accessing and using Finloq ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Finloq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal business accounting purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, or publish any content from the App without explicit written consent from Finloq.
For users accessing Finloq through Apple's App Store, the following applies:
Apple Standard End User License Agreement
Finloq complies with Apple's Standard EULA. By downloading and using Finloq from the App Store, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions as outlined in their standard End User License Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Finloq immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Finloq is provided for personal business tracking purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional accounting, bookkeeping, or tax preparation services. While we strive for accuracy, Finloq makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of financial data.
You are solely responsible for verifying all financial information and consulting with qualified accountants or tax professionals for official business records and tax purposes.
Your use of Finloq is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent security risk.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's normal operation
• Use the App to fraudulently misrepresent financial information
All content, features, and functionality of Finloq (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code) are the exclusive property of Finloq or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Finloq, its owners, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Finloq, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
FINLOQ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finloq and its owners, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Service.
Finloq reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Finloq.
Finloq reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Finloq operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
